You Don’t Know Me But... I LOVE This Hotel.
This is a great hotel. I paid $218 for one night one bed via AAA discount. The room was beautiful, clean, somewhat spacious. The bed and pillows were top tier for any hotel group. I travel quite a bit for work and pleasure. If this hotel is the standard, then the industry would be better off! Great job Queensbury Hotel. Shout out to the desk clerks, they seem to care and pay attention to their customers (should be normal in the industry, but a lot of places lack).

I have never had a disappointing stay at "The Q"! Staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable! Excellent dining options both at the hotel and within walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel is very clean, has been updated and the staff really care about the experience you have. Food was wonderful and the rooms and hallways, lobby were always clean. The pool area was also clean and orderly. We would surely stay here again in the future. Grand Hotel.

Excellent
We were in town for the Belmont races, such a convenient location. Everything was amazing, from the beautiful entry to the nicely appointed room. Loved the convenience of breakfast downstairs and room service for the morning I didn’t feel like getting up early, and the super cool bar. This was my first time in the lovely town of Glens Falls, with its fun, walkable downtown and top-notch bars and restaurants. We enjoyed every minute and will be back.

Highly Recommend
The Q is a 100 year old renovated gem nestled between Lake George and Saratoga Springs. HIGHLY recommend staying there and walk into the center of town to take advantage of restaurants and cafés.

Our Favorite Staycation!
We live right here in Glens Falls, but we still make it a point to stay at this hotel at least once a year—it’s truly a special place for our family. It’s our kids’ favorite staycation, and something we all look forward to every year. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, full of history and charm, and the staff is exceptional. Every visit feels warm, welcoming, and memorable. Thank you for consistently creating such a wonderful experience for our family—we can’t wait for our next stay!

Great Visit
Just had a great visit at the hotel! My wife and I brought another couple for their birthdays and we had great meals at Park 26, awesome drinks with DC at Fenimore’s Pub and of course a great stay! You guys are crushing it!

Congrats on 100 Years
My wife & I have stayed at The Queensbury roughly 74 times. We drive up from NYC & always enjoyed the indoor pool & hot tub. The people whether it be the front desk, maids or restaurant staff (all very professional). Planning our next trip, congrats on 100 years. All the new renovations on the rooms make it very classy.

Highly Recommend
We highly recommend the Queensbury Hotel as a wedding venue! What drew us to this venue was its history, architecture, location (right in downtown Glens Falls), newly remodeled guest rooms, and convenience for our guests. Having all the guests and wedding day events in one building made the day seamless. We chose the Gold Room and Queen’s Ballroom because we loved the architecture of the rooms and the chandeliers. The space is so beautiful that you can be minimal on decor. Our wedding coordinator, Kamay, was extremely helpful and always responsive to my numerous emails. The food was fantastic, and we’ve received rave reviews from our guests on the food, too. We highly recommend this venue and are so happy with how our special day turned out!

Best Day of My LIFE!
When looking for a venue, I was looking for something very specific. Ideally, I wanted to do something at a hotel so I wouldn’t have to worry about my guests drinking and driving, but I didn’t want it to feel like a hotel if that makes sense. Income, The Queensberry Hotel, the Gold Room/Queens Ballroom completely exceeded my expectations. Original Torazo flooring, crystal chandeliers, and a dreamy, black and white lobby floor that just made my wedding photos look absolutely insane in the best way! Not only was the space absolutely amazing, but the food was to die for. Genuinely worth every penny, it’s been a month since I’ve gotten married, and I will get pictures and relive every single moment every day. Everyone I worked with was extremely attentive, caring, and detail oriented. Kamay and all of the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing.

A Dream Wedding, at a Dream Venue!
My husband and I got married at The Queensbury in July 2025! From the moment we began the planning process, everyone we worked with at The Queensbury was respectful, kind and just as excited as we were! Each step of the process was very clear, easy and explained. The weeks and days leading up to the wedding, everyone at The Queensbury was available for any questions we had! On the day of, from the cocktail hour to the last minute of the reception, guests were happy and having a great time. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and with our reception being held in the Queens Ballroom, the space was set up perfectly! The bartenders and event staff were phenomenal, and Kamay, Alison, and the rest of the staff we worked with made us feel comfortable and heard. We can’t thank them enough for helping us turn our vision into a perfect day from start to end. Thank you to The Queensbury!!

Unforgettable
The Queensbury Hotel was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding day. From the very beginning, their communication was attentive and responsive, making the planning process seamless. The venue itself had an intimate feel that was perfect for our celebration, and the rooftop photos we took were simply stunning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and our guests raved about the delicious food and comfortable accommodations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - the service was 10/10 and we have no complaints whatsoever. The Queensbury Hotel truly made our special day unforgettable!

Most Wonderful Wedding
We would very much like to thank the staff at The Queensbury Hotel for doing such a great job at our wedding. We would especially like to recognize Kamay, Catering Event and Service Manager, for all her efforts in designing, setting up and running our special event. The Queensbury Hotel put on the most wonderful wedding for us. The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner party all went off perfectly. The meals were served promptly and we had rave reviews on the dinners with the steaks and salmon done medium rare as requested and the vegetarian meal was well received. The event manager Alexis, and Banquet Captain, Joann, and all of the kitchen and serving staff were great. We also want to thank Maddison at the front desk for all her help the day of and the day after the wedding. We thank The Queensbury and the staff for making our wedding event memorable.

A Dream Come True!
From start to finish, everyone that helped me plan my big day was very responsive to messages/calls, kind, organized, friendly & very accommodating. My husband and I knew we wanted our wedding to be very unique to us. The hotel staff did a phenomenal job at making sure that our day was everything we want, and then some! During our day, the staff kept in contact with me regarding the plans for the day and how I wanted things. They were right there if I had any questions as well. Family members and ourselves had rooms for the weekend and we enjoyed all of the on-site amenities and were thrilled it was a short walk to local dining and bars. This hotel is also stunning and made for some gorgeous wedding photos. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting an affordable yet luxurious stay, or an affordable yet luxurious wedding or event.

Your Wedding will be Amazing at this Hotel
We had a wedding here, the level of service regarding weddings is amazing! Staff is very professional and accommodating. They have a lovely pool with a Jacuzzi, which my husband enjoyed. The catering manager is amazing, and when you’re doing weddings here, everything is completely detailed and on point. Regarding the food, it is absolutely amazing! I heard nothing but raves from all my wedding guest, from the cocktail hour to the wedding dinner everything was absolutely amazing!

Incredible Experience!
The staff at The Queensbury helped us to pull off an incredible wedding! From the very first interaction with Alexis to meeting with Ali and Bruce, we always felt heard and cared for in our whole wedding planning journey. They were so responsive and patient with our many questions. Bruce was there on the day of, all day to make sure we were comfortable and everything went as planned and went above and beyond to help us pull it all off smoothly. The banquet captain Joanne was so wonderful to work with and made sure that we were fed and hydrated during the reception, something we truly appreciated when we were caught up in all the excitement. We could not have asked for a better experience!

NYE Wedding

Best Day Ever!
Our wedding at the Queensbury Hotel could not have been better. From the planning process to the day of everything was smooth and easy. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour appetizers and absolutely devoured their entrees. The staff was attentive to all of my needs from management to service and made each moment special. The dance floor was were I spent most of my night and was the perfect size to accommodate our large wedding. I wouldn’t change a single thing about my day!

Seamless
We can’t say enough about our experience hosting the Future Forward Youth Homelessness Summit at The Queensbury. From check-in to check-out and throughout the entire event, everything was seamless. Nailed It!
I want to thank you for a truly wonderful experience for our school families at The Hawthorn School! You really nailed it! Your careful planning ahead of the weekend paid off and our large group had a great experience! Your hotel is very beautiful and was an amazing space in which to spend snowy mornings and nights while skiing by day at West Mountain! The interactions we had with your staff were warm and your staff was accommodating and welcoming to all of us. Many families commented on how delicious and plentiful the food was and also how convenient it was to have the meal packages that were pre-paid and allowed our group to gather and enjoy the time together. The pool got quite a bit of use, and the hotel restaurant was also popular for dinner Thursday night and for some other meals such as during the football game on Sunday night. We were all very pleased and didn't want to leave the hotel! Thank you very, very much!

I have been in events for many years and the level of professionalism at your hotel exceeded expectations. Bruce Curtis was extremely responsive to us and our client.
