The safety and security of our guests, clients and team members are of the utmost importance to us. In regards to COVID-19, please be assured that we are monitoring new developments and are adhering to the advice of local, national and international health agencies including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).
To ensure we maintain a safe environment, and address any guests concerns, we are taking the following additional measures:
Face Coverings
In accordance with NYS regulations, face coverings are NOT required, but encouraged if not vaccinated and when there is not an opportunity for social distancing.
Social Distancing
We ask that guests and associates practice social distancing by standing at least 3 feet apart from other guests they are not traveling with whenever possible.
Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizing stations can be found in the lobby and other public spaces throughout the hotel for guest and associate use.
Guest Room Safety & Housekeeping Service
For guest safety and to minimize the number of people in a room during a stay, automatic daily in-room housekeeping service will NOT be provided. If a guest is in need of garbage removal, additional amenities, etc. we ask that they call our front desk and an associate will deliver them. Housekeeping service may be requested and scheduled during a time frame the guest is out of their room.
Deep & Frequent Cleaning
Enhanced cleaning protocols will include the frequent disinfecting/sanitizing of high-touch items and of high-traffic public spaces such as the lobby, dining areas, restrooms, front desk area, etc.
Hospital grade disinfectant products that have been approved and certified by the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be used in order to protect from emerging viruses, bacteria & other pathogens.
