In 2026, The Queensbury Hotel proudly celebrates 100 years of welcoming guests to downtown Glens Falls. Since opening our doors on May 7, 1926, The Queensbury has stood as more than just a hotel — it has been a gathering place, a landmark, and a cherished part of the community’s story.

This year carries even deeper meaning.

On March 26, 2026, we also celebrate 10 years of local ownership, marking the day Ed Moore purchased the hotel and began a new chapter rooted in community investment, thoughtful revitalization, and a renewed commitment to preserving this historic property for generations to come.

Together, these two milestones make 2026 a year unlike any other in our history.

When Ed Moore purchased The Queensbury in 2016, it marked a pivotal moment in the hotel’s modern history. With local ownership came renewed energy, investment, and vision.

Expansion of event space, including the Adirondack Ballroom expansion
