There’s no place like The Queensbury for the holidays…
When the snow starts falling across downtown and the white lights are twinkling around City Park, you know the holiday season is almost upon us in Glens Falls! You also know it’s time to plan a trip or a visit to The Queensbury to soak in the festive feeling, holiday cheer and nostalgic memories that are all around.
You’ll be greeted by grand toy soldiers, Christmas trees as high as the ceilings and a roaring fireplace in our stunning lobby. Perfectly placed poinsettias and garland galore will be everywhere you turn. Returning this year will be another life-size gingerbread display that is sure to ignite holiday spirit in adults and children alike. If you ask us, the holiday season isn’t complete until you take a stroll through our magical lobby, dine in an outdoor igloo at Park 26 or have a winter cocktail in our cozy Fenimore’s Pub. All things you can do before or after all the fun and festive events taking place this month and next at The Queensbury and across Glens Falls.

North Country Festival of Trees (Glens Falls)

The Annual North Country Festival of Trees will be back at The Queensbury this Thanksgiving Weekend! Enjoy the beautiful tree displays, their popular holiday shop and children’s activities all weekend long to support The Prospect Center. And this year Breakfast with Santa returns on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Advance reservations for breakfast is required.
Dining Igloos at The Queensbury Hotel & Park 26
Our cozy dining igloos will return beginning on November 28th! Enjoy fun family day out or a romantic date night this winter season at The Q. Enjoy a delicious meal and seasonal cocktails under the stars and maybe even some snowflakes and be sure to snag a selfie! Now accepting reservations… but book early because they do fill fast!

Big Brothers, Big Sisters Toy Drive
- November 3rd through December 16th
We are proud to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks this holiday season! Now through December 16th, we’ll be collecting gifts for their holiday toy drive to benefit children ages 5-18. Consider donating a new, unwrapped gift or gift card! You can find the collection boxes in our lobby.

Adirondack Holiday Festival, hosted by the Glens Falls Collaborative, is a festive weekend celebration featuring classic holiday traditions and hometown charm. The weekend kicks off with a tree lighting, Santa visits, shopping and more on Friday, and plan citywide events all weekend long. Fun for all ages, it’s the ideal way to celebrate the holidays.

LARAC Winter Arts Festival (Glens Falls)
